Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website and to any product we deliver to you.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Songtong Yuanhang International Co., Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company Registration No. 80263290), registered office Room 602, 6/F, Kai Yue Commercial Building, No. 2C Argyle Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Contact: support@s.jfcqss.com
2. What we collect
| Category | What it is | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Order data | Name, email address, billing country, order contents, order value, IP address | To deliver your purchase, issue receipts, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations |
| Payment data | Processed by our payment provider. We receive a transaction reference and status, not your full card number | To take payment and to handle refunds and chargebacks |
| Download logs | Which file was downloaded, when, and from which IP address | To enforce download limits and detect redistribution |
| Technical data | Browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL | To keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful |
| Support messages | Anything you send us by email or through the contact form | To answer you and to keep a record of the issue |
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect or store full card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials on our servers. We do not buy personal data from data brokers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping your cart, remembering your session, and processing checkout. We may also use analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent checkout from working.
5. Who we share data with
We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run the business:
- Payment processors — to take payment and handle refunds;
- Email delivery providers — to send order receipts and download links;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the website;
- Analytics providers — to measure aggregate traffic.
These providers only process data on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a regulator, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
7. How long we keep data
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes — typically six to seven years. Download logs are kept for twelve months. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these, email support@s.jfcqss.com. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EEA and UK residents
Our lawful bases for processing are: performance of a contract (delivering your order), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security, service improvement), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and consent (marketing emails). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails if you opt in, or where permitted by law based on an existing customer relationship. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails such as receipts and download links.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is restricted. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
11. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
