Delivery Policy

Everything is delivered by email
All Northstack products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped physically. There is no delivery address to provide and no shipping charge.
When you receive it
Your download links are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. A receipt is sent in the same email.
If your payment provider takes longer to confirm — some card and wallet payments do — the email follows as soon as confirmation arrives.
Download limits
- 10 downloads per file
- Links valid for 30 days from purchase
These limits exist to prevent redistribution. They are generous for normal use — download once, keep the file, and you never need the link again.
If the email does not arrive
Check these first, in order:
- Spam, junk and promotions folders. This is the cause roughly nine times out of ten.
- Whether you typed your email address correctly. Check the address in your receipt if you received one.
- Search your mailbox for “Northstack” or “your order”.
If it is still missing, email support@s.jfcqss.com with the email address you used and your order number if you have it. We re-issue links manually, usually within one business day.
Re-issuing links
Links expire after 30 days, but your purchase does not. Email us at any time and we will re-issue a fresh link — there is no charge, and there is no limit on how many times we will do this.
Wrong email address
If you entered an address you do not control, contact us as soon as you notice. We can redirect delivery once we can verify the order. We cannot recover files already delivered to an address you do not own.
File formats
Products are supplied as PDF files. The Complete Stack also includes a ZIP archive containing all files. PDFs open in any standard reader, on desktop or mobile. No special software, account or subscription is required.
Accessibility
Our PDFs are text-based, selectable and searchable, and work with screen readers. If you need a file in a different format for accessibility reasons, contact us and we will provide it.
